Booked a facial on ClassPass and was not able to be seen. I had some credits that wouldn’t roll over, and while on vacation visiting my family decided to book a facial as they had a 4.7 on ClassPass. I rearranged my morning to make my appointment, and when arriving they didn’t seem to know what to do. Booked through classpass days in advance and the business was closed after I drove 30 minutes to get there. I see this has happened before and wish I read the reviews before I wasted my time.
What a DISGRACE!!!!!! I booked a microdermabrasion on Class Pass and I drove 1 hour to the location just for them to be closed AT MY APPOINTMENT TIME don’t bother because evidently they don’t care about their customers
Just went there for the first time and it was wonderful! You should ask for Devin, she was amazing!!!
