Pro: They have a dog in the office, which is a nice touch. Con: I'm a knowledgeable ketamine patient with years of documented treatment history. I was a patient at Serene Psychiatry for a few years. I never had an issue, until I had to call my insurance company this year when the deductible reset. My husband had just started seeing them as well. The codes they provided did not match the level of care I needed. Both myself and my husband were being charged as the highest level of medical decision making, which of course comes at a much higher cost. Everyone is super friendly and is always willing to answer any and all questions. They are very good at easing anxieties and are super quick to respond (via text which is super cool that they have that option). I’ve had a lot of bad doctor’s office experiences but never had any problems here. They are even kind when I forget to fill out the form (which is recently shortened for convenience)!
The office dog was great! Staff was awesome and the care incredible! Game changer.
