I would agree with the other reviewer. They showed up and wasted my time to do an estimate. I was told I would get the estimate the next day but that did not happen. I called and they told me that they would get a hold of the estimator and let me know. That never happened and weeks went by. Well guess what I hired CURB APPEAL who did an outstanding job. Zero stars if I could. Cancelled first appointment and showed up 3 hours early next day for appt. I was home, but not my husband who I wanted there. Almost 2 weeks later no estimate, so I called. Was told couldn't find estimate and would get back to me. Called 2 days later after not hearing and told estimator had personal emergency and would get back to me. Two weeks later and still waiting. Would much rather hear they are unable or don't want job over being given the runaround. No way to do business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Matt is great ! He listens and took action towards my concerns and fixed it as soon as he can. I love communication which is the most important in customer service . Thank you to you and team for fixing my requested service . Look forward to more business with you.
