Losing a pet is heartbreaking, but Dr. Scott and the team at Serene Passages brought so much peace and comfort to our family during an unbelievably difficult time. Hands down the most compassionate and calm way for our sweet Stella to go.Dr. Scott was extremely kind and patient as we said our goodbyes. From the moment Joy answered my call to Dr. Madison leaving our house, we felt comfortable and supported making the difficult decision to let our Bear cross the Rainbow bridge.
