We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved pet, and I can’t thank this team enough for how they handled everything. On the final day they took the time to explain everything clearly and let us set the pace. What an absolute blessing to have Serene Passages in our area. We had to make the rough decision to put euthanize our sweet, Jindo Jenn. From the first call to Dr. Scott Creswell carefully rounding the corner with sweet Jindo Jenn in the car was done compassionately, empathetically, and respectfully. I am so thankful a friend gave me the number to Serene Passages. They helped to ease the stress of a very difficult day. From setting up the home service until the the very end my doggie Kaos was treated with care and dignity. The gentleman that came to our home was very sweet and empathetic and gave us plenty of time with our other pets to say goodbye. This was a day I dreaded and yet releasing him in our home in the comfort of his bed made the process a bit better.
