I'm so glad my old Lady was able to cross over in such a peaceful manner in the comfort of her own home. Dr. Courtney was amazing and made me feel at ease through the process. She made sure at arrival that Lady was comfortable with her. She explained every step and gave us plenty of time with her after. It's a heartbreaking decision, but I take so much comfort in that she drifted off at home with the taste of peanut butter in her mouth, surrounded and pet by the people that love her. My 18 year old Charlie was the epitome of unconditional love. He loved to prance on his walks, his “zoomies”, his naps, his treats and nuzzled into scratching behind his ears. When his body grew tired, Charlie deserved a stress-free, painless and comfortable journey. Dr. Scott was compassionate, patient and caring. Dr. Nicole and Team were amazing to work with. I felt so much peace with Serene Passages coming to our home. They followed up with a personal card. When my pets cremated remains arrived he was in a beautiful royal blue velvet bag, his paw print we perfect. So much detail and care put into to my most loved baby.
