Serene Oaks Dental is a wonderful dental practice. The moment you walk in the door you feel calm and welcomed. The coffee, infused water, fireplace, and water feature are fabulous. The weighted blanket, diffused oils, neck wrap, stress balls, and other amenities were like being at a spa. My daughter has been made fun of for spots on her teeth and Dr Horn was able to do the icon procedure to fix them. I am so incredibly grateful for the smile that she gave my daughter.
Recommended5 star dental by far.... As a dental hygienist of 28 years I had the opportunity to fill In for a maternity leave over the past couple months. This team is amazing on all levels. From Dr Loween and Dr Horn to each of the staff members they were knowledgeable, accepting and beyond professional. Serene Oaks Dental is a caring and professional environment, offering exceptional dentistry! From the moment you enter, through the entire visit, the atmosphere is welcoming and pampering, leaving the patient with a feeling of personal and complete satisfaction, exceeding your expectations. Dr. Horn is a highly trained and competent dentist, and I would confidently recommend her to anyone seeking a pleasant and positive dental experience.
The dental clinic seems good in terms of its environment and staff. However, it does not care patients' interest. One thing to remember: be very careful when authorizing any treatment. Also with regard to charge/bill, there are no consistent statements from time to time and from staff to staff. I only have short experience with this clinic, and suffered from the extreme high cost incurred to my family. It’s hard to convince me that patients can get genuine care.
