I purchased a Silver Star backpacker for my 2005 Odyssey at the suggestion of Mr. Serene. One month later, after only using it about eight times, my husband passed away. I paid $2050 for this lift and Mr. Serene was unwilling to work with me at all to take it back or to resell it for me at a discounted price. He ignored my correspondence and phone calls. I would not recommend or use this business again. Also this was second wheelchair lift I had purchased from this business.
