My husband uses a scooter and we are on vacation from Chicago. Scooter was acting up called Jeffery from serene mobility and he met us at 0815.. his business doesn't open until 0900. Fixed it no problem!!! Glad we found this business when we return next year. Easy to find
Loved the lady that helped me. Wish they would have warned me about the knee walker being very unstable around bumps to the point of nearly falling many times. Also there was no clause in their paperwork that provided for a prorate if the device was returned early. I had mine for 6 days. They refused to provide any money in return. They are also very expensive. Save your money and go somewhere else. I'm getting the same scooter for exactly what one month just cost me, and now I own it.
