This place is amazing. They are helping take away my biggest mistake (a tattoo). The staff is awesome because they care to make my tattoo removal experience as pleasant as it can be. This place has the best customer service I've ever witnessed.... again, AMAZING!! Thank you Serene, you rock!! P.S. I'm so thrilled with the current results and progress!!
This place is GREAT!!! The entire staff is wonderful & friendly. I didn't meet anybody there that wasn't. They care about their patients!! My son had 3 appointments to remove 3 (of his many) tattoos - we couldn't have found a better place. Even driving from Bothell to University Place - was worth every mile!! I would (and will) recommend Serene Medical Aesthetics to EVERYONE!!
Monika is the best. I used to drive 2 hours each way to see her the last 6 years, and now it's less than 45 min. Great location, kind staff, and the latest in skin care.
This place has excellent service and their staff are incredibly polite. Their facility is great, and my results with my tattoo removal so far has been great.
I have had a great experience at Serene! All the staff is super friendly and caring. I live in Bothell and have continued my tattoo removal treatments here. If you are looking for a great place for cosmetic/laser/tattoo removal, this is the place to go.
EXCELLENT service, AMAZING staff!! The environment is welcoming and relaxing! Every time I go in for a chemical peel, I feel VIP!! Thank you to my amazing gal Aja for helping me with my skin insecurities!! She has amazing skills and seriously knows her stuff... very honest and I respect that!! ��
The staff is attentive and friendly. They listen to your goals and come up with a treatment plan that works for you. There is a huge emphasis on pain management and making sure you are as comfortable as possible. If anyone is thinking of tattoo removal I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. I drive 40 min to come to this clinic, and wouldn't want it any other way.
Went to see Kris in the summer before my vacation for botox. It was my first time, I was curious after reading so much about it. I don't have wrinkles yet but I do have 11's when I frown. I was so pleased with how refreshed my face looked after a few days. And botox helps prevent creasing so I will hopefully continue to not get wrinkles.
