Serene recently decided to drop all the patients who were on Medicaid. I suppose being poor was something they didn't like. A patient of theirs receive a call informing them the appointment they had the next day was canceled. Serene didn't allow them to pay out of pocket for one last appointment. Serene just drop their patients. For a mental health clinic I feel this was very cold and uncaring of them. It feels like profit was more important than patient's mental health. I think this is a wonderful place. Everyone here is super friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. I am always confident that my son is in great hands when I bring him here. Highly recommended!
