I highly recommend Serene Gardens of Hartland - Jennifer and the staff are excellent and we couldn’t be happier with the care provided for our mother. The activities offered and extra time each person displays in making the residents feel care for helps our family feel we chose the best place possible. Thank you Jennifer Price and all your staff for all you do.

If you hold resentment toward one of your family members, this is the perfect place to send them. I am not typically one to leave Google reviews, but I cannot in good conscience let other families admit their parents or grandparents to this poorly managed establishment to live their last years in misery. My mother was a memory care resident, and while visiting, I noticed that many residents in need of constant supervision were left alone for extended periods of time. Me and all of my coworkers were treated like hot garbage at Serene Gardens. Management does not care about you, they don't train you, they don't tell you if you're doing a good job, they don't even treat you like a human being. I was never offered a raise or benefits after working there for over a year. You're just expected to do your job (without ever really knowing what your job even is) and then you get scolded for doing something "wrong" ...the residents have referred to this place as a dump and they're absolutely right.... read more
