Small place with a good ratio of caretakers to residents. There are a lot of activities for residents to do inside. The staff is very nice, and they were kind and caring when my father was getting end-of-life care. Worked well with the hospice staff.
Small facility with good caretaker to resident ratio. Plenty of in house activities for residents. Staff are very friendly and were attentive and empathetic when my father was going through end of life care. Worked very well with hospice staff.
The food needs to be better and there's not enough activity to keep the residents engaged. A lot of the residents stay in their apartment after their meals.
The Wellness Coordinator is wonderful. You can contact her and the director at anytime via text. They WILL get back to you ASAP, just like they say. Great communication which is so so so important with these places.
I highly recommend Serene Gardens of Hartland - Jennifer and the staff are excellent and we couldn’t be happier with the care provided for our mother. The activities offered and extra time each person displays in making the residents feel care for helps our family feel we chose the best place possible. Thank you Jennifer Price and all your staff for all you do.
