Magnificent work by Ivan. Very professional, knowledgeable and the cleanest technician I have encountered. He went over and beyond my expectations.
Called because my Lennox thermostat was blank black screen. Had been away for 10 days. Called Lennox # I found online and Jonathan Masters picked up. He talked me through finding reset button and starting furnace and thermostat up. He was a life saver.
Ivan was extremely professional and made sure he got all the parts needed to make sure he didn’t leave us without a working furnace. This company goes above and beyond to care for their customers!
