I used to LOVE this practice. Dr. Rasul and the receptionist Melissa were amazing. Since the middle of last year something has been off. Emails were not being responded to, I couldn’t get an appointment or if I did and it was virtual and I was waiting on an app for 2+ hrs and still not be seen! find somewhere else because it seems like they can’t manage their own business anymore. i’ve been trying to reach them on ends get my prescription refilled and put on different meds for a month now. being at this office for over a few years and it has consistently come to this now. they’ve been entirely slow with communication and have been UNRELIABLE UNREASONABLE, and won’t do anything to come up with a solution, you’ll be bamboozled coming to this office, don’t even know who’s the actual provider at this office
If I could give zero stars I would, I was a patient here for years and suddenly they stopped answering all calls and emails, I was left without a medication refill for weeks because they never answered me ever again and I had to rush find another doctor. DO NOT GO HERE.
I have ADHD my whole life. I went to appointment with doctor Rasul and he find out what was my problem. Today I take the right medication and I feel free like never before. Thank you Doctor Rasul for give me hope again.
I have a huge problem when you call and call, leave messages and NO ONE answers back. Would love to make an appointment but I can't get of hold of anyone.
