The fill in doctor is terrible! He is rude and doesn't listen. My gma passed away and then my my GPA had a heart attack. And is still in hospital . I've not been working as mych so couldn't afford coming in. He made up something about a law that if you dont have appointment within 30 days (which it was 25 BTW) you have to get a drug test. No law exists in Florida like this. He is a bully. The drug test is $115 so I couldn't afford it. Went without my meds for a week . Having terrible withdrawals. I used to go to this place to see dr rasul. He prescribed me a medication to help with my schizoaffective disorder. I don’t know if it was the antidepressants or the antipsychotic, but one of them caused me to lose my empathy and start having violent thoughts. I did things on that medication that I’d never normally do and that I severely regret now that I’m off my meds. I’m not giving one star because of the meds, as one can never know how medication will affect someone, but due to the fact that he tried to up the medication... read more
I used to LOVE this practice. Dr. Rasul and the receptionist Melissa were amazing. Since the middle of last year something has been off. Emails were not being responded to, I couldn’t get an appointment or if I did and it was virtual and I was waiting on an app for 2+ hrs and still not be seen! I guess the practice has transitioned over to a new doctor and receptionist and to be honest the care is not the same, the doctor doesn’t listen to what I am saying or how I am feeling as the patient AND the response via email is over... read more
find somewhere else because it seems like they can’t manage their own business anymore. i’ve been trying to reach them on ends get my prescription refilled and put on different meds for a month now. being at this office for over a few years and it has consistently come to this now. they’ve been entirely slow with communication and have been UNRELIABLE UNREASONABLE, and won’t do anything to come up with a solution, you’ll be bamboozled coming to this office, don’t even know who’s the actual provider at this office
If I could give zero stars I would, I was a patient here for years and suddenly they stopped answering all calls and emails, I was left without a medication refill for weeks because they never answered me ever again and I had to rush find another doctor. DO NOT GO HERE.
