The reason this practice is all emails and video chats now is because Dr iftikar rasul is not there anymore.. Google his name and you'll know why...
I hate that you can’t call them because they only want you to email So sometimes I have missed an appointment. Another thing is that they would always charge me on visits that I wouldn’t have had to pay but other than that ifthikar, Rasul was a decent doctor.

The fill in doctor is terrible! He is rude and doesn't listen. My gma passed away and then my my GPA had a heart attack. And is still in hospital . I've not been working as mych so couldn't afford coming in. He made up something about a law that if you dont have appointment within 30 days (which it was 25 BTW) you have to get a drug test. No law exists in Florida like this. He is a bully. The drug test is $115 so I couldn't afford it. Went without my meds for a week . Having terrible withdrawals. I used to go to this place to see dr rasul. He prescribed me a medication to help with my schizoaffective disorder. I don’t know if it was the antidepressants or the antipsychotic, but one of them caused me to lose my empathy and start having violent thoughts. I did things on that medication that I’d never normally do and that I severely regret now that I’m off my meds. I’m not giving one star because of the meds, as one can never know how medication will affect someone, but due to the fact that he tried to up the medication... read more
