Poor selection of men’s scrubs, order take forever! Ordered a stethoscope that took over a month to receive because Sean wasn’t putting in my order. Tyler finally for everything straight and I received my order. Went today to get scrubs and the men’s scrubs only they had xl and up. I was Told they would restock but to come back at a later date. Took my business to the other uniform store and got exactly what I needed. Just doesn’t meet my customer service needs.
Ordered scrubs 6 weeks ago, went today to check on the order and the man who helped me said “um I can see if we can get them in this week but since you’ve already been waiting this long I don’t what to tell you”. Horrible customer service, no excuse for waiting 6 weeks to tell the customer basically sorry bout your luck
I AM FROM CT.AND WE DO NOT HAVE A SERENDIPITY UNIFORM STORE HERE,NOT THAT I AM AWARE OF.THE UNIFORMS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE.I ASK WHY? I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DO BUSINESS WITH THE HOSPITALS AND THE EMPLOYEES CAN PURCHASE THEM AND THEY SET UP PAYROLL DEDUCTION,WHERE YOU CAN ORDER THE UNIFORM AND THE MONEY CAN BE TAKEN OUT OF YOUR PAYCHECK. GREAT IDEA. I BROUGHT THE IDEA BACK TO SOME OF THE UNIFORM SHOPS HERE NOW I HAVE T I WAIT AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS.
