This buisness is far from professional or clean. They were 30 mins late, followed by their machines not being clean and malfunctioning and I was supposed to have a 60 min facial and got 30 mins after the person being late and trying to get their machine working 30 mins of the facial. Followed by a 40 min massage that was supposed to be 60 because they spent 15 more minutes getting ready and added that to the time of the massage. The only word I can find to describe this place is marvelous. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. I got a head spa, facial, and blowout and I wish I would’ve booked more! I asked about the other services they offered and holy cow they do EVERYTHING! They seemed to be busy but it was surprisingly quiet. The staff was very friendly and even offered me a cold bottle of water when I mentioned my throat was dry.

My hairdresser was great! She was knowledgeable on different hairstyles I was thinking about getting . Very relaxing and enjoyable experience . I will recommend to my friends!

I really wanted to like this place, but overall, just had a weird experience. The facility feels very dated/office-like and has no spa vibe whatsoever. The bathroom is extremely outdated. The layout is weird, like wandering through a maze. The staff (I guess it’s the staff?) congregates behind the reception desk area, and they are chatting, ordering food, hanging out. I absolutely love going to Serendipity! From being greeted by the lovely faces at the front desk to the individual providing the services, everyone is so kind and down to earth. I have gotten a brow tint and eyelash extensions recently and I love them, I left feeling so beautiful! I plan on getting more services done in the near future and strongly encourage you to do the same for your beauty needs. I feel they are reasonably priced, too, so please check them out.
