Beware about making appointments online....I had an appointment this morning for a pedicure at 10:00. I arrived at 9:55 and at 10:00 was told that the service provider was out the prior day and was running behind and "could I come back later?". My answer was "no". My suggestion to the owner, perhaps consider giving your customers the courtesy of a phone call before arrival.
