My boyfriend and I have had an amazing experience living under this management! Having Paris Powell as our landlord made all of the difference and even when we had to end our lease early due to moving for jobs, he made things beyond easy, was professional, and kind. Very well kept properties and responsive management, I would choose to live in one of their properties if it was available where we were moving to!

Grass never mowed, snow never plowed, bugs (Roaches) , and constant emergency issues that arn't responded to until it’s convenient for the land lord. For example the heat going out in the winter on a Friday night and not sending someone until Tuesday the next week. Constant police calls/arrests behind the property. But it’s cheap right?
