A nail-experience I will happily return to again and again! This was my first time at Serendipity Nails. The gentleman who runs the business is funny and friendly and playful. Very welcoming. He makes you laugh! Truly an enjoyable guy. Susan gave me my pedicure and was great! She was clean, calm, and tidy in her work. Not rushed or messy. Easy to understand her directions. Very gentle. Took my daughter to try this place for the first time and it was definitely a big mistake. Unfortunately the woman who did her nails was not very friendly or welcoming. On top of that she did a terrible job on my daughters nails. They were super thick and many of them came out crooked. My daughter wanted a flower drawn on and it just looked like a bunch of dots. I really didn't want to write this review because the man who is the owner was super nice but the quality of the nails just wasn't there and I would hate for someone... read more
