We've been here for over 2 years and don't have a single complaint. The staff is amazing, amenities always spotless, and all businesses in this space conduct themselves with nothing but professionalism. If you are a small business, especially a growing one, I HIGHLY recommend you take a look at Serendipity Labs.
I can’t say enough good things about Serendipity Labs! The space is beautiful and the view is amazing, but honestly, it’s the employees that make it such a great experience. They’re always so kind, helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It really makes having your office here enjoyable!
The office is convenientlty located, with a parking garage and restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Inside, the building is clean and professional, with the offices at Serendipity Labs being in excellent shape. I have been at several co-working offices, and this one is at the top of the list. The staff here is very friendly and there's fresh coffee and fruit. Highly recommend.
That staff is all super friendly and makes you feel welcomed! If you ever need anything order, snacks, soda, etc they’re already on top of it. Plenty of space including privacy work rooms that you can use, which I find peaceful. Can’t recommend serendipity enough!
