We have been working at Serendipity Labs while our office is being renovated. It is such a wonderful environment and great place to work. Very professional, clean and quiet. It is also close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Susan and Molly are so helpful and a joy to work with. I would 100% recommend.

The Serendipity Labs team, venue and location are all top notch. It is in a great location close to Cumberland Mall and both 285/75. Parking was free and easy and the actual co-working space is everything you can ask for with plenty of lighting, new office furniture, fast WiFi and ample meeting space when you need it - all of the ingredients for productivity that start-ups like mine require. I had the pleasure of renting a dedicated office at Serendipity Labs for a few weeks, and it quickly became one of the highlights of my day. The amenities were outstanding, providing everything I needed for a productive and enjoyable work environment. I would gladly rent from them again.
