Staff is always friendly and patient (kiddos always take forever to decide). It's clean and love the old fashioned look.
This is my family's favorite place for ice cream. The ladies that work there are always friendly and patient with my kids.
We love Serendipity!! I love that they employ adults with special needs. We went in yesterday for my daughters birthday (yay for free birthday sundaes!!) with 5 kids and the manager and a beautiful young woman with special needs served us. We were very happy with the service and the smiles :)
