Negligent, Unprofessional, and retaliatory superiors – Families Deserve Better Than This Our experience with Serendipity Home Health Care has been deeply disappointing, unsafe, and unacceptable. After months of mismanagement, neglect, and repeated communication failures, they abruptly terminated essential care services for my quadriplegic brother with cerebral palsy — without proper notice, transition plan, or regard for his safety. It’s a shame I’m giving Serendipity even a one star review. They do not even merit one. This is the most unprofessional, untrustworthy and shady home health care agency my family had to deal with for services for my mother with dementia. They lie and gaslight and harassed us when we fired them. It’s run like some kind of dysfunctional family instead of a professional agency approved by the State of Illinois. Do your family a favor and do not have this agency in your life.
