Chelsey is AMAZING!!! Was recommended to her as a blonde expert and she did not disappoint. She’s amazing, and my only stylist from now on - even though I’m 45 min away!!!!!

I had to book online so far in advance, took the only appointment available and rearranged my schedule to make it work. After a week of multiple confirmation texts, automated emails and reminders about my appointment and their $50 cancellation penalty I arrived at my “scheduled” appointment time and the place was closed.

Jess was wonderful, I had root touchup and decided with Jess's recommendations to do a few highlights. She was meticulous and caring. So glad I did the highlights loving the hair color. Thanks Jess

I love the staff and atmosphere at Serendipity. It took me a long time to find a stylist good with short haircuts and Sarah is fantastic. I know Alison as well and she's lovely too.

Sarah S does an AMAZING job cutting my hair. I have had so many bad experiences with stylists cutting my hair badly, but she cuts my hair and bangs so beautifully. I absolutely recommend her :)
