Recommended this salon to my girlfriend who lives out of town. She called twice to switch dates and to confirm her appointment over a 3 week period. Serendipity sent a confirmation text at 8PM the night before the appointment and then filled her spot with someone else the next morning; her appointment was at 11:30 AM. She shows up and they turn her away. Mind you she drove an hour an a half to make this appointment. Stephanie was absolutely rude to her and she got a piece of my mind when I found out this happened.
