AMAZING customer service! There was a slight mix up with a bouquet i ordered, and they were very quick to deliver a whole new (super beautiful) one for free and even threw in some chocolates!! Such kind people🥰

Absolutely STUNNING bouquets for our fall wedding and a wonderful experience with Natalie and her team! They asked questions, took the inspo photos I had, and created bouquets, boutonnieres and floral arrangements that were unique and beautiful for us. We put complete trust in their abilities and they delivered 10/10!! We would absolutely recommend Serendipity for any occasion!
Natalie at Serendipity Florals was absolutely amazing—I cannot say enough good things about her. She was incredibly nice, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. She truly brought our vision to life on our wedding day, and she did so for a very reasonable price. Above all, she delivered everything with a smile on her face and such a positive attitude. She completely blew us away. I cannot recommend her enough!
