Placed an order online, received confirmation order and the next day received an automatic response email stating that the order was not available! I called and the lady I spoke to over the phone said that sometimes flowers are not available so orders will not be processed. But why would you not state that on your website? Why are you still able to place an order for a bouquet when it is not available? It should state sold out or not available at this time.
