I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Serendipity Florals. I stupidly waited until the Wednesday before Mother’s Day’s to try to order flowers for my mom, who happens to live in a very small, VERY remote WY town. After trying six different shops, all of whom basically laughed at me, I found Serendipity. Excellent service! I ask for flowers inside my budget and get a beautiful arrangement right away. The best part is I don’t have to travel 30 miles. Local, fast, excellent to deal with!

I used to love coming to the shop to buy things. For the last couple of years, though, no one is at the counter or in the building most of the time. I realize everywhere is short staff, but the correct thing to do is lock up the store if an order needs to be delivered. More than once, I've stood there waiting for service and just ended up walking out. Also, the flowers I got my husband for Valentines Day were sickly looking.
