I found Serendipity Bridal while looking for a shop that carried Allure Bridals. When I read about the bridal experience I would have at their salon, I was super excited to visit. You get a two hour appointment and basically the whole shop to yourself so you feel very special. When I walked in, I was greeted by name and taken to a room with a sign welcoming me to the shop. I had the best experience at Serendipity Bridal and couldn't be happier with my decision to choose them for my wedding dress! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt immediately at ease. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and elegant, which made the whole process even better. Updating review-- Pros--I had a great experience with the staff during my initial appointment, but the follow-up experience was extremely disappointing. Cons--The store has a "partnership" with an alterations company, but they failed to provide any synergy or smooth processes to use their recommended person. After my initial appointment, I received conflicting information about my dress pick up, payment terms changed, and they were unable to honor the initial appointment for alterations.
