I stopped in with my girls on a Sunday without an appointment to just look at bridesmaid dress colors. I actually ended up staying to try on bridal gowns because Caroline was SO accommodating and sweet! Her energy was incredible and she made me feel so excited for every dress I tried on. The entire experience made me feel so comfortable and at ease, I can’t wait to come back for my actual bridal appointment next month!
Serendipity was a great experience, and my associate Paige was wonderful. While I did not find my dress there, you should put this on your list to visit.
We flew in from out of state and Caroline sit us in at the last minute. The entire experience was so amazing. I highly recommend her.
I walked in nervous and walked our confident and ready to wear my dress home! Caroline was just as the song says, "Sweet" in every way. She was supportive, attentive, informative and listened to my concerns. I couldn't have done this without her! Thats for sure. Thank you Ms. Caroline for helping me say yes to the dress!!! I will never forget your kindness.
Serendipity was my second stop so I had an idea of what I liked and didn't like going in. Lulu was amazing asking about my favorite and least favorite parts of each dress I tried on to narrow them down. Went in for off the rack but ultimately fell in love with a made to order dress a few hundred over budget. They went above and beyond and offered to sell it to me as a sample gown within my budget so of course I had to say yes! Thank you so much Serendipity!!
