I cannot say enough wonderful words about how well Miss Caroline took care of me at Serendipity. My appointment with her was my very first time walking into a bridal shoppe to try on dresses. She was the PERFECT person to be my liaison . Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind and answered all my questions. The absolute BEST bridal shopping experience and I found my dream dress WAY under budget!!! Wow!!! Cannot recommend this place (and Paige!) enough!
I stopped in with my girls on a Sunday without an appointment to just look at bridesmaid dress colors. I actually ended up staying to try on bridal gowns because Caroline was SO accommodating and sweet! Her energy was incredible and she made me feel so excited for every dress I tried on. The entire experience made me feel so comfortable and at ease, I can’t wait to come back for my actual bridal appointment next month!
Serendipity was a great experience, and my associate Paige was wonderful. While I did not find my dress there, you should put this on your list to visit.
