Careful on a trim The new location is wonderful and Ursula has a nice new area and is great. However, I caution you with a cut, I only wanted about 1/2 inch trim and ended up with 2 and 4 inches wacked off despite my telling the owner specifically I wanted to keep the length. I was told that she is a professional and that the length made me look older and any friends that said it looked good were "just saying that to be nice". It will take six months to a year to grow back out and my friends are really upset with my hair cut... read more
