I am a veteran who was being seen at different provider who I felt was not addressing my pain. He was just covering me in oil and giving me a full body massage. I switched massage providers and landed at serendipitous soul massage with Kristie Cross. All I can say is what a huge difference. I am a veteran and received care from Kristie for terrible left shoulder pain. I had tried a lot of things to alleviate the numbness and pain and she was by far the BEST at what she does. She knew right where to focus to maximize my time due to VA guidelines. I would still go to her for a relaxing massage too and everyone I have referred to her has had an excellent experience! I highly recommend Kristie!
If you are a Veteran and you recieve Community Care DO NOT go here. I had to switch providers due to my last one not getting credentials done one time (I loved my old one he was amazing, no fault of his). She did pressure point acupuncture not a massage like I wanted. I had to tell her several times that hurts it's going to leave a bruise. I left hurting more then what I went in with, I had bruises, and it hurt to even graze those spots. She acted like a neurosurgery and told me I needed surgery and she couldn't help me.
