I went in to get a set of gel X nails. I had a brutal experience with a very rude nail tech (I later found out it was her last day and she had just been let go). When I called back I spoke with Kate who scheduled an appointment ASAP to fix my nails. She was so unbelievably talented with my nails and so compassionate and apologetic over my poor experience. Best nail salon in the Burlington area. Nancy is the best but all of the staff does an impeccable job! I always leave with exactly what I wanted and they make sure every customer is happy.
