The worst place I’ve ever lived! I just moved in and there are roaches EVERYWHERE! I sprayed multiple times and they don’t leave. I contacted the leasing office for them to fix the problem. She told me it was my fault because I sprayed and that canceled out their spray. That doesn’t even make sense! They came out and sprayed. I saw roaches the Very Next Day!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! EDIT 4/24/26: im literally coming back here to get the office's attention because im getting emailed that i will incur fee's for not providing a notice to vacate that was provided over a week ago and i am receiving no response from the office. I have emailed multiple times since providing the notice and have not received a reply at all. WORST leasing office ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Good value for the money if it wasn't for the nasty cigarette smell in the apartment !
Serena is our home. A great place to live. This will make six years for us here since leaving New York City before COVID struck in January of 2020. We still love life here. Serena provides a welcome environment for all. With a large pool, billiards room, weight center and dog park, there's lots to love about life at Serena Winter Park. Talika, our office/property manager is very nice and always greets me with a warm welcome whenever I pass by to say hello or address an issue. Lee is super awesome as our maintenance man.
