Been here over a year and a half and I love it. Any issues I’ve had Ernesto has come and saved the day! Always has a positive attitude and my request usually have someone here within a reasonable time. They always over deliver here! Thank you to Jessica and to Ernesto for doing such an amazing job in the complex. Moved here because my girls sister gave such positive reviews. Nice to see them come to life whenever I need help. I’ve had such a great experience with my property manager Jessica .My property manager has always been friendly, responsive, and professional — she truly cares about keeping everything running smoothly and making sure tenants are comfortable. Any time I’ve had a question or request, it’s handled quickly and with a positive attitude. I lived here for a year and had a great experience! The property manager, Jessica, and the maintenance person, Eduardo, made everything so easy. They were always helpful and quick to respond. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, and communication was great throughout. The community was quiet with really nice neighbors, and it was the perfect distance from SDSU. I had to downsize and was was looking for a place with some space along with a washer and dryer inside the unit. I moved here a year ago and just recently renewed my lease for another year. It is quiet, clean, and convenient. The Community Manager Jessica is very friendly, professional, and responsive with anything that I need. The Maintenance Manager Eduardo is quick with maintenance repairs, and is always a big help. I definitely see myself being here another year and would recommend this community to others.
Great place to live! I'm leaving to go back to Chicago but I lived here from 2018-2025 and don't have a bad thing to say! The Leasing agent is friendly and helpful! Apartments are big and renovated for each new tenant! Definitely give Serena Vista a look!!!
