I had to downsize and was was looking for a place with some space along with a washer and dryer inside the unit. I moved here a year ago and just recently renewed my lease for another year. It is quiet, clean, and convenient. The Community Manager Jessica is very friendly, professional, and responsive with anything that I need. The Maintenance Manager Eduardo is quick with maintenance repairs, and is always a big help. I definitely see myself being here another year and would recommend this community to others.
Great place to live! I'm leaving to go back to Chicago but I lived here from 2018-2025 and don't have a bad thing to say! The Leasing agent is friendly and helpful! Apartments are big and renovated for each new tenant! Definitely give Serena Vista a look!!!

It's a beautiful, quiet place. The management team is top-notch—always friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything runs smoothly. It’s clear they care about the residents and the community here.
Lived here for 3 years and absolutely loved it. It's been under new management recently but still just as great. We were in the 2 bed 2 bath unit with washer/dryer in unit. We never had any issues, and whatever small things that may have come up through the years were addressed within days. The only reason we moved was because we were lucky enough to be able to buy a home. We would probably be here still if we did not get the opportunity.
