We recently moved into Serena Vista Apartments, and it has been great! Jessica is super helpful and always answers any questions or concerns. Ernesto also has been great at responding to any of our needs quickly! Very well kept and in a nice location

We're loving the new place and they're doing a great job remodeling each of the buildings. The pool is spotless and used daily the kids. Ernesto the on-site repair person is great and quickly resolves repairs that pop-up more importantly he does an excellent job.

Terrible at fixing any type of repair, even the simplest thing takes 5days to 3 weeks and then end up not being what was agreed upon. They take every opportunity available to raise rent or charge for whatever they can. Allow outside companies to walk door to door and solicit regularly, very impersonal and unfriendly management who does not care about people, only profits. This place is not worth the headache or what they are charging.

I submitted a maintenance request and it was fixed very fast. Thank you to Ernesto and Carlos! They both did a great job.
