There is always a smile and a warm greeting in this complex, Mgr Jessica and maintenance star employee Ernesto is well known among he’s tennants for a quick solving solutions when this happens, both make a great team. Thank you
Terrible at fixing any type of repair, even the simplest thing takes 5days to 3 weeks and then end up not being what was agreed upon. They take every opportunity available to raise rent or charge for whatever they can. Allow outside companies to walk door to door and solicit regularly, very impersonal and unfriendly management who does not care about people, only profits. This place is not worth the headache or what they are charging.
I submitted a maintenance request and it was fixed very fast. Thank you to Ernesto and Carlos! They both did a great job.
We’ve lived here for about six years, and our experience has been nothing but positive. The property is consistently clean and well-maintained, and the community is peaceful and quiet. Jessica, the manager, is outstanding—always responsive and attentive to any calls, emails, or requests. Ernesto, the maintenance technician, is equally impressive. It’s only been a week since I’ve lived here, but I know I made a good decision and I’m happy I moved here! It’s a quiet and peaceful community, and the property manager, Jessica, is very kind and very responsive to any questions I have. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for nice and upgraded apartments!
