We’ve lived here for about six years, and our experience has been nothing but positive. The property is consistently clean and well-maintained, and the community is peaceful and quiet. Jessica, the manager, is outstanding—always responsive and attentive to any calls, emails, or requests. Ernesto, the maintenance technician, is equally impressive. It’s only been a week since I’ve lived here, but I know I made a good decision and I’m happy I moved here! It’s a quiet and peaceful community, and the property manager, Jessica, is very kind and very responsive to any questions I have. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for nice and upgraded apartments!
Jessica was very communicative in the process. Carlos was nice and fixed all the electrical issues we had. It was doing quickly and properly.
I have been living in Serena Vista apartments for almost 7 years, and I am very grateful to our manager Jessica and maintenance worker Enresto for their attention, help, and understanding in all matters and situations concerning my life and my family.
