My daughter and I moved here 6 months ago, and we have lived living here. The common areas and landscaping are very nice, with doggy play areas, BBQs, and the pool/gym are good (with plans to upgrade soon, plus!!) I am very grateful for the leasing and maintenance staff - Ruby, Alan, Jose, et al - they are always available and willing to help out with any requests. We’ve been living here for a long time and are thoroughly pleased with our experience. The service team, particularly Jose, does an excellent job. They respond promptly to maintenance requests.
I've lived at Serena Vista for about 5 months now & its great I love the apartment complex it's always clean. The staffs are great. My family & I would love to thank Ruth Cabral bc she helped us soo much with our applications and thru out the whole applying process. Thank you so much Ruth!!
