I’ve only had one initial appointment with Dr. Mitroo, and I have never felt more listened to in an appointment. She took all of my concerns seriously and made appropriate referrals. She took a lot of time asking questions and examining me. I really appreciated her approach. I look forward to working with her in the future!
Everyone was friendly and I felt comfortable at my first appointment. Dr Mitroo was thorough and addressed all my concerns. Great experience!
What can I say about Dr Serena Mitroo..not enough actually. With my statement of “I just don’t feel right. Something is just off.” She is off and running and the next thing I know I am in surgery with life threatening issues. Not once but twice. So, that being said, if you really don’t want to know what’s wrong with you, don’t go to her. Also, she is one of the few doctors that I know of that doesn’t hurry you through your appointment. Dr Mitroo is wonderful doctor but staff won't answer phone, call back, are rude and don't know basics of medical protocal. Such as don't understand difference between a referral and an order. I had to get one of my other doctors to send ORDER for procedure. Even when they are told by receiving hospital correct form to send they continue to persist by sending wrong form.
