Serena is a great colorist; she really knows her technical stuff about cut and color! She listens to what I have to say, then out of that nonsense, makes my hair look great. Plus, she's a really good human being, so it's enjoyable spending time with her.

I got a pretty drastic haircut from long hair to short. Serena did an excellent job at explaining what she was doing and ways to style my hair. I love how my hair feels now and the texture looks amazing! She is definitely a pro when it comes to hair and not only that, she is just a great person. I feel much more "me" in this new hairstyle.
