I have lived here for about 9 months now and honestly I don't understand all the bad reviews, we love our place and the community has been great. The workout room is available, pool is always taken care of and available. Anytime we have needed maintenance which has been twice has been responded too and then fixed. So it's been great! Looking forward to staying here for quite a long time. 😁 UPDATE 11/22/23: Everything is just getting better here. Lived here for the past 5 years, don’t recommend it if you have other options. During the renovations they couldn’t keep to their timelines, (would get home from a long day of work and then have to sit outside for an hour) and when I requested to be notified when they would be entering my apartment they didn’t. ( so the contractors ended up destroying my computer while I was at work, and renters insurance didn’t even cover half the cost) Also whoever decided to get rid of the assigned parking spaces clearly doesn’t live in t... read more
