Serena Kelly is the best! I was given a 30-day notice to vacate the premises of a dwelling that I'd been residing in for 10+ years. My landlord wanted to move me out expeditiously, to sell his property. I was so distraught with the timing of this, I didn't know what to do. I was not prepared! But, thank GOD my uncle told me to call Serena!! Let's just say, while she was on vacation in a whole 'nother country, she did her magic!
