My experience with the maintenance has been great. They always have came within a 48 hour time frame. Always polite with great mannerism. Any time I've had an issue it was resolved.

They are by far the worst apartments in Greenpoint if you want filth, lots of cats all over, and everything mold rust and anything else painted over instead of being fixed
Infested with roaches. Been seeing them since the 3rd day we moved in. Even the fog/bomb doesn’t work. Sorry don’t move here
Do not come to Serena Grove the people at da front office da keep leaving at 10AM and a dog have bite me for petting it and then they said okay is not my problem in the front office and do nothing did somebody punch my child in the eye the front office didn't do nothing that's why you shouldn't come here
