Es muy tranquilo vivir en esa propiedad pero la verdad ya estoy para irme y les aconsejo No vallan a rentar ahí porque solo somos tres personas y la pasamos trabajando y me están cobrando agua por $260 dólares es absurdo ese monto de agua NO RENTEN AHÍ NO VALLAN A VIVIR AHÍ y aparte de eso tengo como 5 años viviendo ahí y nunca dan mantenimiento al apartamento. Así no renten están robando dinero de nuestros bolsillos por medio del cobro de agua

I’ve been a resident almost 2 years and can’t wait for my lease to be up. I’ve had my kitchen flooded twice from pipes bursting coming from upstairs neighbors bathroom. First time was on Christmas Day. They replaced the ceiling Sheetrock and did not fix the problem basically because it happened again in April. On top of that, they bill us for the wasted water because oddly enough both times the pipes bursted, our water and sewer bill combined was $162. You don’t even pay that much living in a house.
