I just want to give y’all heads up on the new administration, has no control over the tenants or the apartments complex. There are people outside the apartments all the time, even after 10:00 pm, that’s seems like they’re spying on people, this really makes feel unsafe. The previous administration had a rule to avoid people after 10:00 pm and there was always a spartan security guard walking around the complex

Es muy tranquilo vivir en esa propiedad pero la verdad ya estoy para irme y les aconsejo No vallan a rentar ahí porque solo somos tres personas y la pasamos trabajando y me están cobrando agua por $260 dólares es absurdo ese monto de agua NO RENTEN AHÍ NO VALLAN A VIVIR AHÍ y aparte de eso tengo como 5 años viviendo ahí y nunca dan mantenimiento al apartamento. Así no renten están robando dinero de nuestros bolsillos por medio del cobro de agua
