Dr. Khoo’s and office staff were helpful and informative. They explained things very well, were consistent, clear, and friendly, taking ample time to help me understand my options. It was a pleasant experience meeting both staff and doctor.

I believe it is inappropriate to tell a patient that "there's nothing that can be done" simply because one steroid injection was unsuccessful. When a patient's quality of life has declined from being active to being unable to barely work, that kind of statement is not only unprofessional but potentially harmful. As a nurse, l am aware there are additional diagnostic and treatment options available.
