Dr Smith looked me in the eyes as he spoke to me, even though nothing had changed since my initial visit with a PA, I felt seen and understood my condition a lot more than I did the first visit. He has, a kind and understanding air about him. Very reassuring.
Top Notch! She listened and gave me her advice on the situation. Loved that the day of surgery she was by my side. Really Good Doc. Recommend 10-10. hospital nurse staff cared for me very well.
Not having to wait to long
I’ve seen Dr. Smith twice and most recently did a review of an MRI. He was so thorough in explaining my condition and explaining the options I have for medical treatment. He explained in detail the procedure we agreed was the best for me. It gave me so much confidence in continuing with the procedure I will have in the near future.
He is very patient and kind. Not judgmental at all and listens to what you have to say. I have never enjoyed going to the Dr but he makes it so much easier to go.
