Walked in during lunch to ask if they do state inspections. There was a man at the counter reading on his phone, and two men sitting in the waiting room. The guy at the counter didn’t look up when I walked in and I proceeded to ask about inspections. Without looking up he said “it’s first come first serve”, still no eye contact and he made it feel as if this was the end of our conversation. After reading past reviews I feel I made the right choice to simply walk out and not return.

I went there for a vehicle inspection. They told me they had to cut my lug nuts off because they couldn’t find my wheel lock that was in my trunk not only was it in my trunk. They charged me to look for it while I was in the waiting room there I could hear them on the phone doing the same ripoff scam to two other people while I was in the waiting room. There’s a lot of other mechanics out there try all of them first
Did an excellent job
Left my car there for a state inspection. Picked it up damaged. The company would not take responsibility or give me their liability insurance information. I wanted to go through the proper channels and allow them to handle this privately, but was denied that opportunity. Avoid at all costs.
