Annie is an outstanding massage therapist. She helped relieve my neck, shoulder, and back pain and was incredibly professional throughout the entire session. Her stretching techniques were excellent, and she worked directly on the exact pain points that were bothering me. I felt completely relaxed and refreshed afterward.
This places has gone downhill in the past year.

I had a membership here and was never told that I was accumulating an extreme overage of services, 25 to be exact. It was never communicated to me and I in fact was charged for my additional 30 minute add on to my massage every week. They have over $3600 of my money banked for services but I was paying them more every week after my service. Like I said no mention to me that I had banked 25 services or did they ever suggest I could change my membership to adequately serve what I was having done.
