I’ve been coming to Serandi Salon for many years to have my haircut & color with Sergio. He’s an excellent stylist but some for reasons I always felt rushed each time I come in to get my hair done. Recently I came in to get my hair cut & color, my hair was not very thoroughly washed. The assistant shampooed my hair only once and without applying conditioner.
