Just moved in a week ago from the city. Im talking from my own experience , my apt is lovely i love the staff , theres no words to describe rachelle one of the new girls in the office she was very polite n very attentive (thanks for the welcome stuffed animal for my daughter🥰) Looking foward to living here FRESH NEW START FOR ME.
Very helpful professional Mrs Maria and the rest of the staff go out of their way to accommodate renters needs . Highly recommend.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Not worth the aggravation. What a poor excuse for a management company. Very unprofessional. Never have I dealt with a group that take things more personal then the management company at seramonte. Current management runs the office like the popular kids in high school. Those willing to suck up to them get taken care of and all others are ignored. Maintenance requests are handled by the worse group of amateurs. And that if they come by. This place is great. Me and a friend go half on our rent which is definitely cheaper than campus. I like the office, the community and the apartment. They moved us to another unit that was newly renovated and updated after being in somewhat of a runned down apt when we moved in 2 years back. No trouble here so far!
