I first visited Serago Roberts with an acquaintance who had grown up in the Northfield area, and was extremely pleased with the selection of fine jewelry from a variety of well-known collections. Pricing was reasonable, but the service and friendliness were outstanding! I purchased a couple of items, diamond stud earrings and a necklace that my friend found attractive and we were treated very well by the salesperson. I will be definitely be returning again, as "someone" has a birthday coming up.
Not only was not I attended well. But heard a gentleman yelling at someone on the phone this morning. Whether it is to a customer or vendor his tone was belittling. I do not do business with disrespectful people.
