Waste of time Was told by Mark at Serafini "Thanks for wasting my time!" then he hung up on me after I had the decency to call him, thank him for his time and let him know that we went with the other dealer that gave us a better deal. Hope he never sells another car.
People here were so nice! – The people here were very nice. They all pitched a group effort. Not only did they sell a car, they gave wonderful advice! This was my second purchase here and I plan on buying again here soon!

Tired of being cheated was buying new nissan xterra,I went to Serafini test drove, loved it my husband negotiated a deal with sales mgr. over the phone on the vehicle I test drove. When he went down to sign the paper and put a deposit on the vehicle, they had switched the vehicles to a different white one without the tow package and other upgrades.
