Was told by salesman Mark, "Thanks for wasting my time", then was hung up on, after calling just to let him know that I chose to purchase my car from a different dealer that put together a better deal. I'll never step foot in the Serafini again!
The people here were very nice. They all pitched a group effort. Not only did they sell a car, they gave wonderful advice! This was my second purchase here and I plan on buying again here soon!
