Serac Construction built a 1000 square foot guest house on our property. The work was beautiful . The house was started Dec 2024 and finished by April 1 2025. The process was great! Sergio was always available and receptive. His team was always prompt and skilled. We are very impressed with the work! We had them also pour a 3500 square foot driveway that is amazing.we will recommend his company to everyone!!!

I remodeled my bathroom and I am ecstatic with the outcome. Sergio is in constant contact with the homeowner, letting you know what will be the next step all the way to completion. He and his crew are very professional and I certainly recommend Serac Construction for the job you are considering. In fact, I will be hiring him again when I'm ready to replace the roof.
