I moved here in year 2024 and stayed one year. They have small roach infestation, big roaches outside that come in. I had to pay for roach killer, they said someone sprayed but it never solved the problem. The dumpsters are always full and I got charged for leaving a few things next to it. When I moved in after the walk through the item list was never fixed my whole lease here. They kept my deposit and there no damage and I cleaned the unit. I have lived in the Sequoyah II. Apartment complex in 10 years. The entire property is well maintained and clean ( pool area, laundry facility, garden area). The residents are nice and quiet, family oriented people. My apartment was lovely. The maintenance responded quickly every time I ever needed anything to repair. Estuve en este lugar durante un año, es muy tranquilo a comparación de los apartamentos de al rededor, tienen pronta respuesta a dudas y peticiones de servicio, lo único malo fue el estacionamiento entramos siendo los segundos en lista para posiblemente agarrar un segundo estacionamiento pues solo tenemos derecho a uno sin embargo salían y entraban inquilinos y nunca recorrieron la lista, no hay parqueadero en la calle y no hay para visitantes.
