Extremely lethargic communication skills.Lacks decision making and problem solving abilities. Never reported to start of work at time specified to client. Project is now on day 10, shower incomplete, toilet uninstalled, floor tile uninstalled, vanity/medicine cabinet not installed, walls improperly prepped for painting.
